For a long time the word energy was reserved for either physics or the esoteric scene.

The key three steps to reignite physical and mental /emotional energy are:

- Realign posture
The more symmetrical the body positions the easier it is for energy to flow.

- Conscious Breath Awareness
Breath is the carrier of not only oxygen, it transports energy and connects nerve pathways.

- Develop an expansive mindset
Since quantum physics confirmed that it is evidently mind over matter, intention and linear consistency in intention will expand or contract the personal energy field.

The crucial question arises:
"How comes I am not naturally full of energy?"

We naturally are full of energy , but there can be hindrances like not having good posture, holding onto negative believes, addictions and habits that drain energy.

What if the body was the most trustworthy we have?

"This morning I woke up with a sore stomach, there was something I had not digested, but it was not the food."

It was a decision I have been pondering.
I thought I was positively decided, but my body knew more.

The human body responds to several layers of our psyche.

- It responds to the "known", the rationally recognized
- It responds to the unknown, the unconscious knowing, which is stored in the fascia and cell memory of our body.

- The body also resonates with collective vibration.
That means that if our social environment is swinging in a strong emotion like fear our bodies are absorbing this emotion readily.
This is what makes political systems like in Germany under the N**i regime so effective.

Sometimes the body resonates and reacts to 'facts' that are not known to us on a conscious level.
This is often is dismissed as irrational fear or resistance.

Learning to read the body's language and to include it into a self empowered health management is part of the Body Nature System.

So what if you knew, what your body is whispering from within?
