It’s National Reconciliation Week, and this year’s theme is All In.

Living and working on beautiful Yamatji Country is something I feel deeply grateful for.

This week, I’m reflecting on how we listen, learn, build trust, and create spaces where children and families feel safe, respected and heard.

Thank you to and for the learning I’ve completed this year around identity, Social and Emotional Wellbeing, and culturally responsive practice.

We’re continuing to listen, learn and take meaningful action.

I’ve been a little slack with posting lately… so here’s a post from TODAY!

We love our outreach trips to Kalbarri. Nikita visits fortnightly, and we currently have capacity for 2 more clients if you’re looking for speech pathology/AHA supports in the area.

Today I also reflected on my last Kalbarri visit, when I was 6 weeks postpartum and somehow decided it was a good idea to take my baby to work for the day 🤦🏾‍♀️ Anyone else this cray, or just me??

We have some exciting news at Galah Speech Pathology ✨

Please help me welcome our new Allied Health Assistant, Keeley, to the team.

Keeley is warm, thoughtful, and so lovely to work alongside. I already know so many of our clients, families, and school teams are going to adore her. I am so excited to have her as part of our little team as we continue to grow here at Galah Speech Pathology! 🩷🤍🩶

This is your reminder that peer supervision doesn’t have to happen in a clinic room... Some of our best conversations happen side by side, walking, reflecting and making sense of the work we do. So grateful to be surrounded by clinicians who value connection, curiosity and growth 🤍🩷🩶 Lucky to have Teagan from in my corner!
