To say I'm proud of my Uncle Kenny gow aboriginal artist- Darug tribe and his beautiful art is an understatement! I have his art all over my office💕 and now I’m even prouder of him to be partnering with the Strong Minds Movement❣️ I now know where I get my love for mental health, compassion, empathy and presence from🌻🦋 keep striving Uncle🦋

The Circles of Strength artwork will be placed throughout Strong Minds Movement.

Circles of Strength – Kenny Gow

This painting represents the journey of living with mental illness and the strength that can be found through connection and support.

The central circle symbolises the individual, while the surrounding connected circles represent family, friends, carers and community walking alongside them. The flowing pathways reflect the journey of healing, reminding us that support, compassion and reaching out can make a powerful difference.

Together, these circles show that no one should have to face their struggles alone. Hope and strength grow when we stand together, support one another and create a community where everyone feels seen, valued and understood.
