Meet Nelson, one of our Chiropractors at APEX.

With a particular interest in chronic pain and musculoskeletal therapy, Nelson is passionate about helping people reduce pain, move better and feel more confident in their bodies.

His interest in the field actually started with his own experience. After getting into strength training and powerlifting, a few gym-related injuries sparked his interest in injury recovery and ultimately led him to chiropractic care.He also speaks Cantonese, allowing him to connect with and support even more of our APEX community.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Nelson at the gym, bouldering, gaming or attempting to make his way out of another Sydney escape room!

For World Osteoporosis Day today, we’re hearing from some of the incredible women who regularly take part in our group exercise classes at APEX.

From building strength and supporting better bone health to feeling more confident in movement, they share the difference consistent exercise has made in their lives - and just as importantly, how much fun they have along the way.

Because looking after your bone health doesn’t have to feel like a chore. With the right support, it can be something you genuinely look forward to.
