The knowledge, tools and methods I use are very powerful and help to build self-empowerment, confidence and connection because finally you can ACCEPT yourself as you let go of the "CRAP" that holds you back! I intuitively work with couples, individuals, and teams to become more empowered so they are able to live more of their potential.

I got to a certain stage where I just couldn't say yes anymore.

Every no I was unwilling to say was moving me into self abandonment.

I honestly didn't know what self lovw was back then.

And truthfully, I thought my constant giving to others was actually love.

But it came with a brutal cost to my health and my own aliveness.

Please my love do not wait to put yourself first.

𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕤𝕠 𝕤𝕠 𝕤𝕠 𝕚𝕞𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕒𝕟𝕥.

And the world needs you to return to your fullness, your sovereignty and your wholeness.

𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕘𝕚𝕗𝕥 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕖 𝕗𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕕𝕠𝕞.

If you know your body is screaming no when you are pushing it into the yes, then please listen up.
