Important notice: Temporary driveway closure 🚧

From 6:30am Monday 17 August, our driveway access at 27-29 Goondoon Street will be temporarily closed for approximately 7 days as part of the Harbour Arbour Project's underground infrastructure upgrades.

During this time, there will be no pedestrian or vehicle access via the driveway from Goondoon Street. Please access and exit via Central Lane. 🚗 Traffic control will be on site to assist.

We appreciate your patience while these essential works take place. 🙏 If you have any questions, please contact our team on 07 4979 0992.

🛑 Driveway closure reminder: here's what it looks like on the ground 🚧

From 6:30am Monday 17 August, our front driveway entrance at 27-29 Goondoon Street will be closed for about a week while the Harbour Arbour Project carries out underground infrastructure upgrades.

During this time, please use Central Lane to access and exit the clinic. It's two way traffic, and a traffic controller will be on site to guide you through safely.

One thing to note: the turn around area near the clinic can be used to turn your vehicle around, but please don't park there. It's kept clear as an ambulance bay so emergency vehicles can always get through. 🚑

Your regular parking isn't affected, and our team will still be here to help if you need anything.

Thanks for your patience while these works take place. Any questions, give us a call on 07 4979 0992.

What's YOUR super power? 🦸

Yesterday our team hit the ground at Dorrie Day, inviting job seekers and students to try on a career (literally!) at our Careers Snapshot stall.

Five super powers, five dress-up kits, five ways to picture yourself in the role: The Helper, The Organiser, The Problem Solver, The Community Connector and The Clinician. Whether you're a natural at bringing people together or you love getting stuck into a good puzzle, there's a career path here for you.

Huge thanks to everyone who jumped in, got dressed up and had a go. Two lucky participants walked away with Intersport Gladstone vouchers in our prize draw. 🏆

Nhulundu has career paths across health, admin, community and leadership. If yesterday got you thinking about what's next, reach out. We'd love to hear from you!

🌿 OUR CHILDREN. OUR STORIES. OUR FUTURE. 🌿

Today, we celebrate the strength, pride and potential of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children — our future leaders, storytellers and the next generation carrying our culture forward. ❤️💛🖤

Our children carry the stories of their families, the wisdom of Elders and the strength of Culture and Community. When children know who they are, where they come from and that their voices matter, they can grow with confidence, pride and a strong sense of belonging.

At Nhulundu Health Service, we believe strong children and strong families are at the heart of a strong community. Today, we celebrate our children, listen to their voices and support their journey to grow up safe, strong, connected to culture and proud of who they are.

🌿 Our stories matter. Our culture matters. Our children matter.
