Our centre is wheelchair accessible. headspace Gladstone can help young people aged 12-25 going through a though time. headspace Gladstone offers FREE:

- Mental health support
- Group activities for LGBTQIA+ young people
- Group activities for young people aged 12 to 25 years old
- Access to support with Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Access to a FREE GP
- Access to sexual health support
- Access to support to work or study support through our Vocation Support worker
- Interschool and community education

This NAIDOC Week, 50 Years of Deadly celebrates the strength of culture, community and connection, and honours the resilience, achievements and leadership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across generations.

Our Friends at QND are offering FREE access to the My Housing Options Tool Kit,
If you haven’t heard about My Housing Options, it is a set of resources co-designed by and for people with disability to support them to explore their housing options. It focuses on what their housing situation is now, where they want to go next, and what their goals and aspirations are for the future. The toolkit consists of a workbook, guide, a visual activity, and worksheets. These information sessions are designed to walk participants through how to use the toolkit’s resources to assist them in their housing journey. Please follow the QR code for more information:

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST OPEN
headspace Gladstone is a proud sponsor of the Brolga Cranes Netball Carnival on 1 August 2026.
In addition we would like to extend our support to also sponsor a team kit for 1x Gladstone-based First Nations girls team competing in this carnival.
The First Nations Young Women in Sport Project, supported by headspace National and Sports Girl, has a strong focus on strengthening culturally grounded community connection and wellbeing.

Eligible divisions: Under 14/16/18 Girls

As part of this partnership, the successful team will:
• Participate in team photography and promotional activities.
• Support positive messages about youth health, wellbeing and participation in sport.
• Consent to the use of team photographs and images by headspace Gladstone and Gladstone Netball Association.
• Participate in social media, marketing and community awareness activities associated with the sponsorship.
• Attend a sponsored team wellbeing induction at headspace Gladstone prior to the Event.
Please note: Parent or guardian consent will be required for all participants under 18 years of age prior to any photography, filming or promotional activities.
Selection preference may be given to teams that demonstrate a commitment to health and wellbeing, cultural pride, community connection and positive role modelling for young people.

Join the FREE Resilience in Reach workshop series to connect with others, build confidence, and gain practical tools to support young people experiencing mental health challenges.

Across the workshops, participants will learn:
