Verbinding (formerly Hans van de Graaff & Associates) are independent National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered providers of both Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) and Support Coordination (Level 2), based in the south eastern and bayside suburbs of Melbourne. They provide capacity building supports for NDIS participants. The business was established in 2018 in response to the

significant demand for quality, well connected, support coordination. Hans van de Graaff has worked in senior leadership positions in the Victorian disability and mental health sectors since 1989. He has a strong understanding and empathy for the needs of people living with a disability and/or enduring mental illness and is committed to supporting them to live a full life. He is supported by a team of twelve people, all experienced and skilled professionals drawn from a variety of backgrounds. They are all committed to providing quality support coordination to enable their clients to achieve their goals as stated in their NDIS plans. Supporting this team are a number of senior consultants all with significant experience and knowledge in mental health, disability and knowledge of the NDIS.
