What an awesome day we had at our inaugural Winter Recharge event at Game Ready Performance in Thebarton, SA.

Despite the cold, rainy & wintery weather, we had a good turnout with a wide range of activities, wellness experiences, talks and interviews all in the warmer comfort of indoors.

A huge thank you to Isuru, who was our official videographer and photographer for the day. He did a fantastic job.

I also had the opportunity to have a one-on-one conversational. Interview with our MC, Ria Mestiza who did a wonderful job keeping things running smoothly, hosting our speakers and keeping everyone engaged in what was on offer.

Thank you also to all the stallholders, practitioners and those that supported
our event in the background too.
