Today’s session was a “Freud free zone.” 🐾

Freud took the news with quiet dignity... after a little hopeful waiting by the door.

Even when he isn’t part of a session, his calm presence brings comfort to clients, staff and visitors alike. Sometimes, simply knowing he’s nearby is enough.

We’re grateful for everything our four-legged team member brings to Wavecare. 💙

VCE can be overwhelming. Study pressure, exams, friendships and thinking about the future can all take a toll.

Our 4 week wellbeing programme is designed to help Year 11 and 12 students manage stress, build confidence and learn practical tools to feel calmer and more in control.

Sessions include mindfulness, movement, art therapy and breathing exercises in a supportive and judgement free space.
