One thing that’s assumed but we probably don’t say enough: we know basketball. And we know basketball injuries. We know this because we spend so much time around it.

Last weekend was an example of that.

Friday and Saturday night: 36ers trial matches, Tristan on deck with Tesser and Jayden helping out across the whole weekend.

Dan was out at the NBL1 championships.

Sunday and Monday: Tristan covered Liam Flynn camps, with Jayden helping out on the Monday.

We spend a hell of a lot of time around basketball. As a result, we know the sport, and we know the injuries, extremely well.

If you need physio for basketball, I think we can confidently say we’re the place to be.

Welcome to the team, Physio Daniel 🎉

Dan has a long history with Good Physio, having been an ACL rehabber here and also interning alongside Tristan a number of years ago at the Adelaide 36ers.

He joined the clinic this week, getting straight to work and is looking forward to helping the Glenelg community stay fit, healthy and injury free.

Whether it’s getting someone back to the sport they love, guiding a first return to running, or simply helping people move better day to day, Dan is all about meeting you where you are and building from there.

Alongside his role at the clinic, he’ll be back helping the 36ers with their physio needs across the season.

Individualised and well thought out care.

You’re in good hands.

Keeping kids engaged in strength and conditioning isn’t just about the exercises, it’s about making them want to come back.

Adding simple competitive games to our core training turns conditioning into something fun, interactive and challenging. The athletes work hard without focusing on the training, while developing core endurance, body control, resilience and teamwork.

A little competition creates greater effort, higher engagement and plenty of laughs along the way. The goal isn’t just to build stronger athletes, it’s to foster a lifelong enjoyment of movement and exercise.

In support of our dear client Sharron and her incredible commitment to DonateLife. Having received an organ donation that saved her own life, she’s turned her story into a mission to spread the word. So today, we’re rocking the beanies for her. 💖

Did you know? Even if you’re registered as an organ donor, your family will always be asked to give the final say. That’s why registering isn’t enough. The conversation matters just as much.

Tell the people you love what you want, so they can honour it with confidence.

Talk. Register. Save lives. 🩷
