Glenrock Country Practice are fully accredited General Practices' with locations based in Wagga Wagga, Lake Albert and The Rock.
We are currently seeking Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to provide patient focused care with a high standard, to our patients within our practices.
Duties and Key Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with Skin Checks and minor procedures
Sterilisation and Infection control
Recall and reminder systems
Wound Care Management
Triaging of Patients
Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
Providing proficient, evident based chronic disease management
Health Assessments and Company Medicals
Ear syringing and all aspects of general practice nursing.
Essential Requirements:
Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Genuine Interest in Primary Health Care
Emphasis on health promotion and chronic disease management
Experience in Immunisations /cold chain management and Infection control
Professional approach with patients and colleagues
Energetic and enthusiastic and excellent team work skills
