I’ve had a fabulous solo winter escape in the tropics! 🌴☀️
My days were filled with snorkelling, swimming, running 🏃🏻‍♀️, exploring on foot, and enjoying plenty of delicious vegan food, my hotel made the best açai bowI, I even made it to the Cairns Parkrun! 🏅
One of the highlights was a day on green Island 🏝️ snorkelling with beautiful fish 🐠
Now that I’m feeling rested, recharged, and ready to go, I’ll be back in my clinic tomorrow morning.

Well, Port Douglas is as magical as ever. ✨

This morning was a quick trip out to the Low Isles aboard the Reef Sprinter for some snorkelling on the reef. 🐠🐢

After a delicious lunch on the beach, it was time for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water. And for those wondering... no crocodiles 🐊 were spotted! 😅
