This year we are proud to be sponsoring Glenmore Park Public School’s awesome Run Club initiative!

Each week a group of teachers and students are training/running together at the school, which is a great way of getting kids into healthy habits early on 🙌🏻
——
Fun fact: lots of patients have heard the myth that running is bad for their knees BUT it’s actually the opposite! Resistance and light impact exercise like running has overwhelmingly been shown to help bone health and bone density in many research studies! 💪🏻

Drawing inspiration from our local area these are our three ‘mountains’, each one representing one of the three services we provide:
- Physiotherapy
- Exercise physiology
- Remedial massage therapy
