Polycoria is a rare ocular condition in which the eye has multiple pupils. It can be either congenital or acquired, possibly through an injury or some other way. In true polycoria, each pupil can function independently, reacting to light, while false polycoria appears to have multiple pupils but only one reacts to light.
Some people with polycoria can have reduced vision, but others have no issues at all.
