Our beautiful angel Izzy Isabelle Godwin 🪽

I was watching our beautiful member Isabelle in class yesterday, reflecting on how far she's come, noticing her strength, her radiance, her mobility, her change in shape, her confidence, compared to when she first started with us over three years ago.

I've seen improvements in her career, her relationships, her mindset, her self-belief and the way she carries herself through life.

Her biggest secret is her dedication to herself. She doesn't live close to the studio yet she turns up every single week. Nothing excessive. She's been coming consistently 2-4 times a week.

Even turning up to our LSKD event, out of her comfort zone on her own, was huge and she gained the most powerful insight for her next evolution from our meditation and from conversations with you, the community, which she's grateful for 🙏🏻 Plus she got this cute fit!

We are so proud of you Izzy! We've loved watching you grow. We love having you in the community. We're proud of you for your self-motivation and for being a woman who decided to make herself a priority. The results have been worth it. You should be so proud of yourself!

Me all year round….waking up early for time to myself!

This has been a habit I created since my kids were little

Intentional time and space to start my day with whatever I needed in the moment….

✨Exercise
✨Meditation
✨Walking my dog
✨Reading
✨Journaling
✨Mindful raw cacao on my jetty watching the sunrise

It’s not the ritual I do that’s most important….

It’s been the decision I made over 20 years ago to CHOOSE ME DAILY!

1. To prioritise time for myself
2. Start my day purposefully and intentionally

That non negotiable decision has compounded to me living my best life and feeling physically, mentally, spiritually strong, connected and at peace within myself and who I am….then everyone around me benefits!!

For years, working out and as a PT, I thought movement was about what I could make my body DO.

How hard I could train it. How strong I could make it. How I could change the way it looked.

But somewhere along the way, movement became something completely different for me.

It became a way to connect with my body rather than constantly trying to change it. To breathe into it, soften into it, listen to it, strengthen it and actually enjoy living in it.

That, to me, is what movement is really about.

Not just building a body you like looking at.

Building a relationship with your body that feels good to live in for the long term🤍
