It’s just one week until Movember kicks off, and I’m gearing up for an exciting challenge! Throughout November, I’ll be growing a Mo to raise funds for men’s mental health, and I’ve decided to take it one step further.

As many of you know, I’m all about personal development, fostering a growth mindset, and living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Mental health is a crucial part of that journey, and Movember is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.

Here’s the deal: not only am I growing a Mo, but I’m also committing to walking 60 kilometers during the month. That’s no small feat, but it’s for a cause that’s close to my heart. I believe that by taking care of our mental health, we can unlock our true potential and live our best lives.

💙Happy International Men’s Day 💙

Another year and yet still our hash tag has only 163k where as the women’s day hash tag has 10 million!! Which hey, that’s great! I think that’s fantastic. I would love more attention and celebration for Men’s day though, I fear that men out there today are afraid to speak up, afraid to be loud and proud.

It’s more than okay to be a man.
