Going through my own divorce and helping my clients through their own journey has shed light time and time again on the fact that the only way through it, is to feel all the emotions fully. Covering it up with unhealthy coping mechanisms only prolongs the healing and the journey back to peace and happiness.

Take time and space to cry, to get angry, to be just sad. Let your loved ones know you won’t be much fun for a while. 🤍
