When it comes to cancer, most of us have known someone who has faced it, fought it, or survived it. It is not a graceful disease. It does not belong in this world, and it certainly does not discriminate.
Sadly, cancer has touched my family. Our mum is courageously battling cancer, and through her incredible strength, alongside the unwavering love and support of my sisters and brothers, she is still here fighting every single day.
Watching someone you love walk this journey changes you.
It reminds you of the power of family, the importance of holding space for one another, and the strength that can be found even in the hardest moments. 🤍
I’m asking the spiritual community, Reiki healers, energy workers, prayer circles, and anyone holding healing intentions close to their hearts to please send love, strength, healing energy, and light to my mum Lorraine as she battles cancer. I would be deeply grateful. 🩷✨

Let this season be a chance to unwind a bit.Take things slower, breathe deeper, and give yourself some proper rest.

It’s okay to pull back for a while focus on yourself, show yourself some love, and take care of your energy.

To the women who hold families together through love, strength, patience and sacrifice today we celebrate you. The late nights, the quiet worries, the endless support, the healing hugs and the unconditional love you give so freely do not go unnoticed.
And to the mums and dads stepping in doing both roles raising the next generation with kindness, awareness and heart… thank you for creating safe spaces for your children to grow, learn and become the best versions of themselves.
Whether you are a mother by blood, by choice, by heart or by spirit, your presence leaves a lasting imprint on the world around you.
May today remind you how deeply valued, appreciated and loved you truly are. ✨

Another beautiful gathering for Mum this morning 🧘🏽‍♀️
I feel so deeply grateful to hold this space. Facilitating group meditation is something I truly love but when it’s in support of your mum, surrounded by your children and siblings, it carries a whole different depth and power. 🤍

No two sessions are ever the same. Each one brings its own message, its own feeling, its own unique frequency ✨

There’s no right or wrong in that… just like tuning a radio, we’re simply aligning with the frequency of that moment allowing exactly what’s needed to come through 🩷🩷

In support of my mum during her cancer journey, my sister Cara and two of my children, Micaeli and Willa, came together to share a beautiful group meditation.

With Mum and Cara overseas, we set up a video call while I gently facilitated the session 🧘🏽‍♀️

Every week other family members will join in when they can✨

This is just the beginning, we’ll now be coming together each week to hold space, connect, and support Mum through this journey 💫

It’s been a little while… and somehow, this year has already felt like a big one and we’re only in April.

I took some time to step away for personal reasons and give myself the space I needed to process and realign. That time has been deeply important, and now I feel ready to gently open my doors again.

I’ll be offering a limited number of sessions each week, both in-person and online, as I ease back into this space with intention and care.
