What is Family Constellation?

Many of you have asked for a simple introduction to what family constellations actually are. I’ve been meaning to record some short videos, but in the meantime, there’s something great coming up. My colleague Antonia Antonia Kersting - Holistic Therapist is offering a short,90-minute workshop that introduces the foundations of this work. It blends clear explanations with a few practical exercises, so you don’t just hear about it, you get to experience a little of it too. If you’ve been wondering what family constellation is all about, this is a lovely starting point.

A little update from me. ❤️

After moving to the Northern Rivers earlier this year, I’ve been commuting back and forth to continue seeing clients in my Nerang clinic. I had really hoped I could make it work, but after giving it some time, I’ve realised that the regular commute is simply more tiring than I had imagined.

So, with a mix of sadness and excitement for what’s ahead, I’ve decided to close my in-person clinic in Nerang.

For now, I’ll be offering online sessions only. I’m genuinely grateful that this work translates so beautifully online, and I’m looking forward to continuing to support individuals and couples in this way.

This isn’t goodbye to in-person work, it’s simply a pause.

I’ll be taking my time to find just the right space to open a new clinic somewhere within the broader NSW/QLD border region, somewhere that feels aligned, welcoming, and sustainable for the years ahead.

To everyone who has walked through the doors of my Nerang clinic over the years, thank you. Thank you for your trust, your courage, and for allowing me to witness such meaningful parts of your journey. It has truly been a privilege.

I’m excited to see where this next chapter leads, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I find the right place to open my doors again.

This weekend we gathered for our first Family Constellation workshop of the year, and it was such a beautiful day. There’s something deeply moving about people coming together, bringing their stories, their courage, and their willingness to look at what matters most. I’m always touched by the trust placed in this work and the care that emerges within the group.

I’ve shared a couple of photos from the workshop and a few glimpses from the journey home, both hold meaning from the day.
