education, work and social relationships, and can cause disability. This year 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness. Reducing stigma in relation to mental illness and knowing how to access appropriate mental health information and support as early as possible Is important for yourself or other people you care about.

Mental Health First Aid courses delivered by accredited Instructors will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to know what mental health services and supports are available and how to access them.
