It was a busy 3 days for the Para Athletics squad last week in Canberra.

and represented Ignition Athletics Club and Queensland at the competition. Out of the 15 races that they entered, there were 15 PB's. A massive effort from both of them with Tony training in the sport about 15 months and Bek only 8 months.

Congrats to all the athletes as it was an experience to remember. We look forward to coming back next year with a larger squad.

An awesome effort from the wheelchair squad over the weekend!

Tony and Bek came away with countless PB's and some excellent experience leading into the Summer Down Under competition. An event which includes 2 Australian championship races, the 1500m and 5000m.

The SDU in on next week, good luck to Tony and Bek who are representing Qld and the Ignition Athletics Club.
