All the pasta. The gelato after dinner. Greek food by the sea. Aperol at 3pm. Another Aperol at 5pm. Long lunches, late dinners and absolutely no idea when you last drank a proper bottle of water.

You enjoyed your European summer exactly as you should have.
Then you get home, step on the scale and… 2kg?!

Before you assume you’ve gained 2kg of body fat, there’s a little more to that number.
A holiday changes a lot more than just how much you’re eating:

• Your diet & digestion — Eating out every day usually means more sodium and carbohydrates, less fibre and water, different meal times and a completely different routine. This can lead to temporary water retention, slower digestion, constipation and bloating. And between the extra stored fluid and simply having more gastrointestinal contents, you can both feel heavier and see a higher number on the scale.

• Alcohol — A few more wines, cocktails and spritzes than usual can affect hydration, sleep and digestion and it’s very normal to come home feeling a little puffier.

Some of what you’re seeing and feeling may be temporary changes in fluid retention, glycogen stores and digestion.

And this is where lymphatic drainage can be the perfect post-holiday reset.

After weeks of different foods, more alcohol, less water, long flights and a completely different routine, your body will be dealing with fluid retention, bloating, sluggish digestion and increased inflammation.

Lymphatic drainage helps stimulate lymphatic circulation, supporting your body’s natural process of moving excess fluid and clearing cellular waste, while our abdominal techniques can help get digestion and bowel movement back on track.

Less fluid retention, less puffiness, a happier gut and a body that feels like yours again.

Consider it your post-Euro-summer reset. ☀️🍸👙🍹

Starting weight loss peptides? Don’t forget to support your body along the way.
Medications like GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP agonists have helped thousands of people lose weight—and for many, they’ve been life-changing.

But as your body adjusts, it’s also common to experience:
• Bloating and abdominal discomfort
• Constipation
• Fluid retention or feeling “puffy”
• Drinking less water because you simply don’t feel thirsty

While lymphatic drainage doesn’t replace your medication, it can be a valuable way to support your body throughout your journey.
- One of the most common side effects of weight loss peptides is constipation. Our specialised abdominal lymphatic techniques help stimulate bowel motility, helping to relieve constipation, reduce bloating, and improve digestive comfort.

- If you’re experiencing fluid retention or that heavy, swollen feeling, lymphatic drainage encourages the movement of excess fluid to help reduce swelling and leave you feeling lighter.

- With many people eating less, drinking less, and moving less while adjusting to treatment, regular lymphatic drainage can also help encourage healthy lymphatic flow and support your body’s natural recovery processes.

💡 When should you book your lymphatic drainage?
The medication is gradually absorbed over the first 24–72 hours after your injection, and this is when side effects such as nausea, fatigue, stomach discomfort, or reduced appetite are often at their peak. If you’re someone who experiences these symptoms, we generally recommend waiting 2–4 days after your injection before booking your session. You’ll likely feel much more comfortable and be able to enjoy the full benefits of your treatment. And as always, come well hydrated.

If you’re currently using weight loss peptides and wondering whether lymphatic drainage could complement your journey, we’d love to help.

Many women assume that if they’re feeling more swollen, stiff or sluggish during winter, it’s simply “part of menopause.”

But that’s not always the whole story.
While hormonal changes play an important role, winter can introduce additional challenges that may make symptoms feel more noticeable.

Less movement, reduced sunlight exposure, changes in sleep quality and slower circulation can all influence how your body feels during the colder months.

If you’ve been feeling puffier, heavier or simply not quite like yourself lately, you’re certainly not alone.

The good news?
You don’t have to simply “put up with it.”
At Lymph4You, we help women support circulation, reduce fluid retention and feel more comfortable in their bodies during the colder months.

If winter has left you feeling puffier, heavier or more sluggish than usual, we are here to help.

We didn’t just choose any compression boots.

After a lot of research, we decided to bring in Hyperice Normatec, considered by many the gold standard in dynamic air compression technology and one of the most recognised systems used by professional athletes, recovery clinics and high-performance facilities worldwide.

What makes them different is the technology behind the pressure.

Unlike basic compression systems that simply squeeze the legs evenly, Normatec uses patented pulsing and sequential compression patterns designed to mimic the body’s natural muscle pumps and lymphatic flow.

The boots work in zones and waves:
• holding pressure in some areas
• releasing in others
• moving fluid upwards progressively instead of trapping it

This matters because pressure is everything when it comes to recovery, circulation and fluid movement.

Too little pressure → minimal effect
Too much or poorly distributed pressure → uncomfortable and less effective

The Hyperice Normatec system allows multiple levels of adjustable compression and targeted zone technology, creating a much more precise and controlled treatment.

Some of the main benefits associated with dynamic air compression:
• supports circulation
• helps move stagnant fluid
• assists lymphatic flow
• reduces feelings of heaviness and swelling
• helps tired and overworked legs
• may help reduce post-exercise soreness and fatigue
• supports recovery after long periods sitting, standing or travelling

One thing we personally loved about Normatec is that it was originally developed with medical influence and later became widely adopted in elite sports recovery.

It’s not just a “massage boot”.
It’s a very intelligent pressure system designed around how the body actually moves fluid.

And it will now be available as an add-on option for selected treatments during the booking process. Especially for sessions where we are manually focusing on areas like the face or abdomen, while the boots simultaneously work on the legs so your body can receive multiple benefits at the same time!
