If the winter lurgy has got you good, like it had me last week. Think cold, blocked, or runny nose, sore throat, nasal drip, chesty cough, hard to breathe, try massaging these reflex points.

Reflex points to focus on - head, sinuses, chest (front and back) and diaphragm. Watch the video for how to do each point.

This can be done on your hands in exactly the same spots as your feet.

Or even better, get someone in your household to do these points on your feet so you can fully relax.
