Мануель Родрігес Санчес, член IPSO, Інститут Каракасського психоаналітичного товариства, Гектор Тоста та Дезіре Лорето (Венесуела) представлять воркшоп на тему:
✅«Витримуючи сумнів: можливість мислення у Венесуелі після зламу».
Анотація від доповідачів: Ці моменти, вписані у венесуельський досвід минулого року, не є об’єктами, які потрібно забезпечити чи вирішити, а радше перехідним простором — чимось, у чому необхідно залишатися, що потрібно підтримувати й обмірковувати, перш ніж це стане пізнаваним. Спираючись на психоаналітичне поняття утримування, цей текст зупиняється там, де сумнів можна витримати, не впадаючи ані в надлишкову надію, ані в замкненість відчаю. Утримувати сумнів — не означає припинити думати, а навпаки, зберігати мислення живим. Значення не з’являється повністю сформованим; воно накопичується повільно, у міру того як досвід переживається, пов’язується та набуває форми.

(Venezuela) will present a workshop on the topic:
✅Holding Doubt: The Possibility of Thinking in Venezuela After the Rupture.
Abstract from the speakers: These moments, inscribed in the Venezuelan experience of the past year, are not objects to be secured or resolved, but a transitional space, something to remain within, to sustain, to think through before it can be known. Drawing on the psychoanalytic notion of holding, this text lingers where doubt can be borne without collapsing into hope’s excess or despair’s closure. To hold doubt is not to stop thinking, but to keep thought alive. Meaning does not arrive fully formed; it gathers slowly, as experience is endured, linked, and given shape.

Moderator – Victoria Melman, member of IPSO, candidate of the Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Society (Ukraine).

Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the annual conference IPSO Study Days Ukraine War Series III, titled “The capacity to love: Eros in dark times,” which will take place online on June 6–7, 2026.
This year we invite you to reflect together on the phenomenon of love and its various forms.
The aim of the conference is to create a space for thinking about how, in times of severe trials, we can preserve and sustain the capacity to love.
The conference is supported by IPSO (International Psychoanalytical Studies Organization), an organisation that brings together candidates of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) from Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Speakers from Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Poland, Israel, Venezuela, and Latvia will present their papers and workshops. Colleagues from the United States, Australia, and Turkey are preparing a round table on current issues in online therapy and the preservation of the analytic relationship in turbulent times.
We invite psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and psychoanalysts to participate.
The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian and English, with consecutive and simultaneous interpretation provided.

Honored to speak on a panel titled “A Psychoanalytic Journey Through Trauma, Narcissism, and Symbolic Healing” and IPSO Panel to share this meaningful experience surrounded by so many people I deeply appreciate and care about. 💛 🇰🇷

Estaré presentando mi trabajo sobre la experiencia con Mark Solms y el diálogo entre las neurociencias y el psicoanálisis: un retorno a Freud y a la teoría de las pulsiones desde una mirada contemporánea.

💛💜 DEPRESSION: NOT WEAKNESS, BUT A MESSAGE FROM THE UNCONSCIOUS 💜💛

Sometimes it’s not just fatigue.

Women’s Day 🫶Today we honor not only what women do, but who they are.

From a psychological and emotional perspective, being a woman often means navigating expectations, identities, relationships, and inner narratives that society tries to define.

But every woman carries her own story, her own voice, and her own unconscious strength.

In psychotherapy we see daily how women transform pain into growth, silence into voice, and vulnerability into resilience.

Today is a reminder to celebrate women not only for their achievements, but for their depth, complexity, and humanity.
