Quick Swaps at your grocery shop to increase nutrition intake in your (or the kids) diet!

Many kids LOVE white bread (and same with adults-especially with fairy sprinkles on it!) so moving to a different type with a new taste or texture may ALSO not be considered “safe”.

A dietitian understands the nuance that “simple” swaps may not work for individuals and sometimes the same safe bread with a little difference can add the nutrients you need each day.

IPADS at mealtimes.

It may be easy for other people to look from the outside and think things like

👉🏽 “Bad” or “Lazy” parenting
👉🏽 “Kids these days”
👉🏽 “Back in my Day…”

But the truth for many families - the device at mealtimes serves a vital function in assisting the child get adequate food intake OR allow for the family to dine out once in awhile.
