# # The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide compassionate, practical support to NDIS participants in their homes and community. You'll work flexibly across various shifts, building meaningful relationships while helping people achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

- Provide personal care and daily living support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with community participation, social activities, and life skills development
- Support participants with household tasks and meal preparation
- Communicate clearly with participants, families, and the PCG team
- Maintain detailed records and follow person-centred care plans

# # What We're Looking For

- Current NDIS Workers Check
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Right to work in Australia
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, inclusive approach
- Reliability and a flexible attitude to casual work

Required:
