I’m so looking forward to offering two options tomorrow 8:8 to gather at the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal—a powerful time of courage, transformation and heart awakening.

Together we’ll journey through a Kundalini Yoga practice designed to connect us with our instinctual wisdom, ignite our inner courage, strengthen our leadership qualities, awaken vitality and expand the heart. This celestial alignment offers a beautiful opportunity to release what no longer serves us and step forward with greater clarity, confidence and trust.

I took time out for spiritual maintenance 🤍🪽🌱👳‍♀️

I’ve been a little quiet lately, taking time away for some much-needed spiritual maintenance: rest, reflection, recalibration, and tending to my own inner world.

I’m so grateful I was able to honour that pause. And I’m very happy to be gently easing back into sharing space with you again.

I was offering weekly meditation classes, whilst I’m not ready to offer weekly classes yet in August and September, I’ll be offering nourishing Kundalini meditation sessions around the New Moon and Full Moon—small moments to pause, clear what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

Each session is:

🌑 Held on the New Moon and Full Moon
💛 $8 per class
📲 Available to rewatch for one week

Whether you join live or settle in with the replay when it suits you, I would love to welcome you into this next Lunar chapter.

A deeply nourishing Kundalini Yoga and Gong Sound Bath - Together we will journey through ancient Kundalini practices including energising kriyas (asanas), pranayama (breathwork), mudras, mantras, and deep relaxation. The practice concludes with a guided meditation to awaken your courage, inner strength, and resilience, followed by an immersive Gong Sound Bath featuring four gongs to support deep rest, integration, and renewal.

About the Lion’s Gate Portal

Each year around 8 August (8/8), many people celebrate what is known as the Lion’s Gate Portal—a time traditionally associated with heightened spiritual awareness, personal growth, and transformation.

The Lion’s Gate is linked with the Sun moving through Leo and the rising of the star Sirius, symbolising courage, vitality, leadership, and heart-centred expansion. Whether you connect with this cosmology symbolically or spiritually, this workshop offers an opportunity to set intentions, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate resilience through the practices of Kundalini Yoga.
