The healthiest version of you isn't the one pushing hardest.
It's the one sitting quietly at their baseline — where breath, posture, movement and mental focus all line up. Performance science calls it a steady state, and you've probably already felt it in class: that moment your body stops fighting you and just works.
The catch is that most of us have no idea where our baseline actually sits. We only notice once we've drifted a long way from it.
So I've built something that tells you. It's called the Baseline-27 — a short screening that reads where your whole being is tuned right now, based on your last fortnight. Stress load, recovery, energy and sleep, workload, and how tuned in you are to your own breath.
It takes about five minutes, it's free, and it's open to everyone here — you don't have to be one of my clients.
And I read every single one myself. No algorithm, no automated score. You'll get recommendations you can actually use, plus a printable card to keep.
