We’re excited to welcome Rachael to the PhysioFit team!
Rachael graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in 2019 and brings with her valuable experience from private practice clinics in both Melbourne and London.
She has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, lower limb conditions, sporting injuries and Pilates-based rehabilitation. Rachael is trained in dry needling, Mat & Reformer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning and Sports Physiotherapy — giving her a well-rounded, hands-on and exercise-focused approach to care.

This month we’re recognising Christian, who has been working closely with our Physio Andrew following his ACL reconstruction during rugby season.
Christian has shown outstanding commitment to his rehab — consistently smashing out his gym-based exercises, staying focused, and putting in the hard work even while juggling the pressure of Year 12 exams.
