It is tempting to space out visits once the sharpest pain fades. But the nervous system needs repeated, predictable input to fully adopt a new movement pattern, and spacing things out too soon often means it slides back toward the old one before the change has settled in. Staying on the schedule a bit longer is usually what makes the difference last.

For many years Justine wanted to work in the natural health sector. She loves talking to people and is always interested in learning about other people's lives. When a position opened at our practice, she was so excited at the thought of being able to follow her passion for healthy living and to be able to talk with people every day. "I get so much satisfaction in coming to work where I get to help people live their best life."

Chiropractic care works in layers. The first visits are often about calming things down and creating room for change, and the visits after that are what actually retrain the pattern so it holds. Stopping right after the pain eases usually means missing that second layer entirely. Staying with the plan a little longer is often what makes the difference last.

Parents of young children spend a surprising amount of time loaded on one side, whether it is a toddler on the hip or a car seat carried in one hand. The body adapts to that repetition, and over months the muscles on one side start doing noticeably more work than the other. A short, honest description from a friend does more to settle nerves than any website can.
