Jen Zen Reiki Channelling universal healing energy through reiki to complement traditional methods of healing I have been asked what it feels like to have Reiki.

What do people feel during a Reiki session? My answer is that every Soul who comes for Healing is totally unique as is what they feel or sense. Some feel lighter, some are emotional. Others can feel the pain that is being released, some feel nothing. It doesn't matter what is or isn't felt, Reiki works and it works on the most needed area at the time. Reiki always goes to the Cause of the problem

not just the symptom. A headache can be a symptom of something emotional so the Healing energy will go there first. We can have a lot of symptoms but they are always created by something else such as Stress and stress has a cause as well
Stress creates anxiety, depression, worry and pain. When our bodies have dis-ease, our energy flow is disrupted causing illness which creates more dis-ease and it turns into a vicious circle of ailing health. Reiki is channelling the Universal Life Force Healing Energy to help re-energise and heal every part of your being - body, mind and spirit. It clears, balances and charges your chakras in which the energy flows through to help create a healthy body. Everything is learning, life is an experience. The rain has been full on.....thankfully some days with the sun out, drying up the massive amount of water
Rain.....so cleansing and refreshing, cleansing for Mother Earth and ourselves
Breathing in the freshness it brings and then seeing the sun respond with all of its beauty to dry up the earth ready for the next downpour.
We live on such a beautiful and amazing world yet so many don't see or appreciate her beauty.
In our busy lives, it is so healing to stop and look/feel and admire this world
Grounding ourselves for health and energy
Earth/Gaia gives so much, try and find at least 10 minutes each day and stand barefoot on the grass, see how it affects you.

Do you bow down to other people's choices or do you stand strong in your own knowings?
Do you give in to keep the peace or stay firm in your truth regardless of the consequences?
For too long many of us have stayed silent to keep calmness/peace in our lives, but how long until we are broken down and create dis ease within ourselves because we are holding onto discontent?
Other people's truths are not automatically ours....we all have our own truths, our own thoughts, our own learnings. We each are unique and on our own journey, no one has the right to interfere, yes, they can offer advice but then it is up to each one of us to decide if that is right for us or not.
Live YOUR life to how it feels right for you and let others live theirs
There is no judgement, and neither should there be from others, only learning for each one of us
Enjoy this amazing life, put out love and positive thoughts and continue to move forward.

I have a question......
What do you feel within yourself?
Calm, peace, fear, anger, worry?
What energy do you allow within yourself?
What emotions do you feel that overwhelm the true You?
Everything we go through/experience is here to learn from.....it's not always sunshine and roses, it is at times harsh, difficult and shattering.
How we react to each situation teaches us what we have or haven't learnt
What are you putting out to the Universe with your words, thoughts, intent or actions? What are they bringing back to you?
Everything has a reaction, be careful of what you are consciously or unconsciously bringing to you
Love is powerful, try at least one day of feeling and showing just Love and see what it does for you
Life is a blessing, how we choose to live it is up to us

2026 what a tough year to date......
So many going through tests and learnings already!
Difficult times for many, tests on mental strength, emotional strength and trust
If you are going through any of this, don't give in, better times are coming.
We aren't here to suffer, we are here to learn and prosper
Thoughts create our reality, I know there are so many 'gurus' out there talking about manifestation and the likes but clear thinking, positivity and remembering that we are never alone is a good start to moving towards your goal.
Just loving yourself will help you in so many ways
I hope this helps someone who is going through tough times
Stay strong and just be who you truly are

I want to say 'Thank You' to the many clients who have continued to bless me with being a part of their journeys.
Life is not always easy, there are many learnings on the path, sometimes difficult, sometimes easy, but each one is to be experienced and to grow from.
I've had the absolute honour of being involved in your Healing growth and for that I am grateful πŸ™
We all have a Purpose, and this is mine.
I am forever blessed to have found what I am here to do, I hope that each one of you finds your Purpose as well
