Your c-section scar might be sagging your chin.
As I decent deeper into my Face Up training I find more confirmation of the interconnectedness within our bodies. It is beautiful and fascinating.
Good news, you probably don’t need to spend your money on all the extra gadgets and expensive devices you see online. Other good news- it’s all in your hands, literally. Through doing hands on work and unwinding your body you can achieve amazing results. Bonus- they are long lasting and hold huge health benefits!
But, coming back to the chin....
It is very common for my clients being very surprised when I start talking about scar treatments. The most common response: “but it looks/feels fine” or “my Dr didn’t tell me anything”. The tissue being cut and re-attached will have complex effect on the overall health and look of the body. Drs doesn’t seem to study or touch as much tissue as massage therapists and holistic body workers, so our view and understanding of the body are completely different. When c-section is performed, 6 layers are cur through, including the fascial deep front line, which, in very simple terms, travels in the front of the body and connects the face, chest, abdomen and legs like a string. The combination of postural habits, breathing patters, mechanics of the movement and scarring create a perfect storm that will affect the look of the face, pulling down on tissue causing, among other things the loss of the jaw line. Your saggy face never starts at the face; your wrinkles are not a skin problem. It is a complex combination of multiple factors within the body itself. And Face UpTM is a method that takes it all into account! Stay tuned for my new offerings coming at the end of June where I combine Face UpTM with my existing offerings in scar treatments, womb work and birth preparation.
