Rob DE LUCA, the former architect of NDIS independent assessments, the former CEO of the NDIS and a man who was hauled before the Banking Royal Commission and by all accounts had his employment terminated, repeatedly, is now THE CHAIR OF ROCKY BAY.
You might not know what that means, really. The people who have been pushing hard for return to block funding and so-called economic efficiencies are a big cluster f**k of Big Disability organisations.
They are running under the label Ability First Australia.
AFA got a grant for two years under ILC which is for refurbished equipment. Remember, like the old CAEP scheme? Where you couldn’t even choose your own wheelchair or didn’t get one unless you had level 5 CP or were a C3 quad? 
Rocky Bay was the f**king provider in charge of that and actually let me just tag you, Rocky Bay Inc. And the other two of the organisations involved in the refurbished equipment trial, which ends in December 2026, are Ability W.A., formally the Ability Centre (the historic institution place that I wrote about the other day), and wait for it - MSWA. 
Rob de Luca, the guy who is and has always been in wealth management. 
And now is probably a good time to mention the phone call that a colleague got from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance not too long ago. Asking how they could infiltrate our disabled persons organisations and change their strategic direction.
Now is also probably a good time to mention how much trouble I have been in over questioning why the President of the peak national disability body of which I was formerly President, had a President who is the CEO of the SDA Alliance. Yes, institutions. He has now left, but I have heard the same about other DPO‘s.
Disabled people with property links who have suddenly appeared like Eddie everywhere and who have been suddenly elected head of organisations or groups or committees without any of our community knowing who they are or what they do.
So this is about three things. Money, and power. And property.
Good news is that Rocky Bay are appearing before the Senate next week. Let’s see if Mr de Luca has the guts to show his face or if he sends a sniveling underling to make his apologies.
And here, friends, are your local major organisations who are planning to take back the disability sector, just like in the good old days.
Add to that the aged care sector -  because let’s not forget that trial in the Dandenong to collocate disabled people with age care residence, the shared algorithms spitting out funding that is barely enough to sustain life (and I’m not even including my one dollar plan) and the fact that they are advertising doing this in SDA already.

Call them out. Dredge up their filthy histories and their fraudulent practices of the past, if you know of them. Look closely at which of them are involved in running these organisations and the Ndis trials and ILC grants.

Bloated plutocrats and capitalist have existed forever. They’re going to keep existing. But what I do object to is corruption, and I name it as that. When you infiltrate our organisations, exploit disable people and worst of all, when governments conspire with them in plans that end up with disabled people dying, you have made yourself a whole heap of enemies.
And here we are. 
I say it again and I say it out loud and I will not stop saying it. Any Senator who votes for this Bill, any Party that votes for this bill, is voting against disabled people in this country and will be complicit in the death of thousands.
That would make them monsters. 
We have 13 days to tell all of our Senators that if they vote for this then they and their party do not get our vote. 
We have the stories and the dirt on all of these organisations. We will not go back. WE WILL NOT GO BACK.
