As a mom myself, I know the joys and challenges that comes along with stepping into motherhood. I've been there! I'd say my first born was not easy. x

nd sometimes you can feel like you're back at square one. What worked yesterday, might not work today and that can cause self doubt. His birth was traumatic for both him and I, he required extra oxygen because he wasn’t breathing properly, tongue tie, jaundice, reflux, colic, and a terrible skin rash were some of the issues I had to navigate through in the early days. Then, as I transitioned back to work, I learned to balance teaching yoga and working my 9-5 while prioritising time for my family AND me. Now, as a mother of 2, I've had to adjust again sharing my energy and attention between two, feeling confident in my own skin again (after gaining 10kg through pregnancy) and starting a new business. I found balance and self confidence and I want to show you how you can too. Let’s work together 💫⁠⁠

Three years ago I thought a follower count would change everything.
I thought I’d wake up one day and magically become HER.

But confidence isn’t hiding behind a milestone waiting to be unlocked.

It’s built every time you choose yourself when it would be easier not to.

There’s a fire inside for a reason.

You don’t need another certification, another sign from the universe, another client, or another year to pass before you’re allowed to become who you came here to be. You don’t need to become someone new.

But you do get to make the decision to keep waiting, for the world to change its course, for courage to show up on your doorstep ..

or REMEMBER that you have everything you already need & you are in fact, THAT savage with a purpose on your soul that’s bigger than your fear.

A purpose that serves a lot of people who are waiting for you to choose them too.

And the craziest thing is that you can start right now.

2023. My first viral reel.
What happened next immediately made my stomach drop.

The comment section was littered with trolls. Instead of celebrating 40k views, I broke.

Full on anxiety attack. Afraid to be that visible again.

I knew what I was building was bigger than going viral. I had zero proof.
So I stopped waiting for it.

10k+ followers in 4 months. Multiple months of 9+ million reach. The right women, pulled in because they actually valued what I teach.

The validation never comes first. You decide who you are & you don’t f*cking stop UNTIL it catches up.

It will.

Most group programs will not change your life.

They will give you vague support, passive participation, and throw you in a room with a bunch of other women all cheering each other on and hope that’s enough to move you.

It’s not.

The room you are in is always training you.

It is either training you to move or training you to wait.

To lead or to watch.

To back yourself or to keep looking sideways at what everyone else is doing.

Most rooms are full of women reinforcing each other’s hesitation and calling it community.
No standards. No honesty. No one willing to say the thing that actually needs to be said.

And you wonder why you keep investing and nothing changes.

It is not the strategy.

It is the standard of the room you have been sitting in.
