New service being offered at Bottoms Up Colonics: Yoni Steaming

Yoni steaming is gentle, warming care for the pelvic area, used traditionally to support a woman's cycle, womb and hormonal wellbeing - for painful, heavy or unpredictable periods, PMS, vaginal dryness, the postpartum weeks and the change of life.

How it works is simple:

you sit upright, fully draped and private, over a bowl of warm herbal steam for fifteen to twenty minutes. The steam, carrying herbs chosen specifically for you, rises to the vaginal and pelvic-floor area, bringing gentle warmth and circulation.

It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a colonic.
