Body Mind Factory is a place for you to strengthen and expand your body and also your mind. We will help you not just with your exercise goals, but your mindset, nutrition, movement, accountability, community connection and give you a passion to live an extraordinary life. BMF provides small group strength PT, nutritional advice and plans, gymnastics and stretch therapy classes, HIIT and core. We specialise in weight loss, goal setting, strength and conditioning and rehabilitation.

People think they need 6 sessions a week or an all-or-nothing approach to get results but it’s really just intentional, repetitive, positive practice. Brisbane commutes, two young girls, sharing gym mornings with your wife Natalia so you could both get your sessions in, you showed up. Every single week, for the two sessions you could make, for almost a year.
