I love my slow mornings. Sitting outside, enjoying my cacao and meditation, watching the day wake up. Today there was a special little guy waiting near my chair. A beautiful dragonfly, who I named Sisu. He was half frozen from the early morning chill so I moved him ever so gently inside the garage so he could defrost.
Sisu means inner strength, unshakeable courage in difficult times which suited him perfectly as he trusted me to help him out. At first he didn't want to get off my finger, he crawled into the palm of my hand, but with Jordons help we coaxed him onto the towel so he could warm up. (It was a beautiful moment that he wanted to stay with me 🥰)
As Sisu rested and I sipped my cacao and stitched this quote, it was a beautiful reminder that no matter how big or small, every living thing is worthy of kindness. So today, please don't doubt your worth! Be like Sisu, have unshakeable courage in whatever you face today, knowing you are worthy!
