As 2025 comes to a close.. I feel drawn to reflect on such a special year it has been for me in my first year of business 🧚

It feels like such a privilege to finally be working in the industry that I have such a strong passion for. How lucky am I to call this ‘work’.

Starting the year off moving countries was not an easy start for Evergreen Wellness… organising working between two countries and two time zones and different communities was harder than expected.

I had a goal of organising a workshop this year and threw myself into something that I am not usually comfortable with. But it was such a fun morning with all the amazing ladies that turned up and it made it all worth it!

I am so grateful for everyone single one of my clients for being so amazing to work with. Each and every one of you put in the hard work for your health and it makes my job a lot easier!

This year I’ve supported clients to fall pregnant, eat certain foods they’ve avoided for years, feel more confident in their own skin and most importantly I’ve been that person they feel comfortable crying to about their health concerns 🥺

Thank you to everyone for your support this year and I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store 🌿

Iron is getting a lot of attention on social media at the moment - as it should! It’s an incredibly important essential nutrient.

It’s a key component in the function of many processes in the body and something that can affect us all when our pathology isn’t measuring as well as it should.

Low iron is one of the most common themes I see in clinic - and it’s almost always affecting more than just energy.

Proper testing really matters - not just haemoglobin, but ferritin, transferrin saturation and inflammation markers to get the full picture.

I’m excited to share that I am now offering face-to-face consultations at the beautiful Garden of Eden in Tweed.

I’m looking forward to supporting clients in person again, in this beautiful new space.

For my New Zealand clients, nothing will change! I will still be offering online consultations as usual.
