Hey Parents and Carers 👋,

From today, children aged 5-11 years can get the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Even though COVID-19 in children is often milder than in adults, there’s strong evidence to support vaccination as it offers excellent protection.

Vaccines give the immune system a helping hand to protect against serious illness and possible long-term effects from COVID-19.

🚸 The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now recommended for children aged 12-15 years old following approval ✅ from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation's (ATAGI).

If you have questions or concerns about getting your child vaccinated, it's important to speak with your doctor as they will have an understanding of your families medical history.
