Well we are officially traveling now. Always overdue but in this moment, actually happening.

I’m sitting in an airport lounge watching one of my favourite humans Irishman Garron Noone on Facebook.

I’m laughing so hard it’s disturbing the general peace, but what a way to start a healing break.

We are back around October 14th unless Garron calls and invites us to Ireland. Then the complications might begin in earnest.

Energy healing is so different from other health care. It is unique and really useful in surprising ways.

Healing is not something that has to be earned.
It’s not a privilege of the wealthy or entitled.
What is required though is a conscious commitment to yourself.
This will invariably result in growth being required, which should be seen as a gift.
