One of the unexpected joys of mobile massage is being welcomed into the lives of my clients and sometimes that includes their beloved animals too. 🖤🤍

Recently, during a treatment, a beautiful black and white cat decided the session needed their approval and gently curled up on their owner’s belly, staying there peacefully while we worked. It was one of those simple, heartwarming moments that reminded me how healing isn’t always found in the techniques alone. Sometimes it’s found in feeling safe, held, comfortable, and completely at ease.

I never take photos during sessions as I deeply value my clients’ privacy, but this little illustration captures the magic of the moment perfectly.

There is something so special about creating space for the nervous system to soften whether that’s through touch, stillness, breath, or the gentle presence of a furry friend who instinctively knows exactly where they need to be. ✨

A little update from me 🤍

After sitting with what feels most aligned, I’ve made the decision to begin HELD on Monday, 31st August.

With the launch of .ink.au approaching, I’ve chosen to channel my energy fully into one project at a time, allowing me to be present, intentional, and deeply connected to what I’m creating.

This isn’t a decision driven by pressure, timelines, or “getting more done.” It’s actually the opposite.

One of the core teachings within HELD is learning to honour yourself, your capacity, your intuition, and your energy rather than constantly operating from hustle, urgency, or obligation. I realised I had an opportunity to live that teaching myself.

So instead of pushing, I’ve chosen to trust.

To create space.

To focus fully on what’s in front of me.

And then, when HELD begins, to offer my complete presence to the women who step into that container.

HELD is an intimate six week journey, and I’ll be welcoming only five women into this round to preserve the depth, connection, and support that such a small container allows.

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to the woman you’ve always been beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and survival strategies.

Over the past few months, our family has gone through some challenges and I have found myself reflecting on everything this journey has taught me.

There have been plenty of challenges, moments of frustration, and times we felt like we were navigating it all on our own. But through those experiences came a bigger purpose.

We have been quietly working on something that’s incredibly close to my heart. It’s been shaped by our own journey, and a genuine desire to help others who may one day find themselves walking a similar path.

Were not ready to share all the details just yet... but I can honestly say this has become one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever been part of.
