Alpha Mind with Jenny - Counsellor and Trauma Therapist My goal is to share what I have learnt about how our minds work with people who are interested in reaching their full potential.

I specialise in trauma therapy because unresolved trauma unpins most emotional distress, mental illness and substance abuse. By targeting the subconscious mind, the emotions related to past trauma can be resolved, allowing us to live in peace and harmony with ourselves.
