So incredibly grateful to Josh, not just for this video review, but for trusting me to hold space with him and being open to trying something completely new.

To be invited into another person’s world, to hear their stories and witness the courage it can take to open up and be vulnerable, is an incredible honour, one that I do not take for granted.

As Ram Dass so beautifully put it, “We’re all just walking each other home.”

Thank you, Josh, for allowing me to walk a little part of the way with you. 🤍

Have you ever been told that your star sign is actually wrong?

Or that you’re really the sign before the one you thought you were?

This usually comes down to the difference between two astrological systems: tropical and sidereal astrology.

The main difference between the two comes down to how the zodiac is measured.

In this post, I’ve tried to break down the difference between the two systems, why they no longer line up in the same way, and why your star/sun sign can change depending on which system you’re using.

If you’d like to understand a little more about the symbolic foundations of tropical astrology, and why I personally work with the tropical zodiac, I’ve written more about it on the Dharma Space blog 🤍✨

Feeling stuck and not being able to make decisions can be really unsettling.
I see it a lot.

Often it’s not about forcing an answer, but slowing down enough to understand what’s actually going on underneath.

This is the kind of work I support people with ✨

I’ve been journaling for a long time.
I started using these gratitude journals mostly because I loved how they looked, but also because they gave me a place to track things over time, including astrology and cycles.

Some days I enjoy journaling.
Other days it feels like a chore.
There are plenty of nights I don’t feel like writing at all.

But I’ve never regretted doing it.

Putting things on the page slows me down. It helps me sit with what I’m feeling instead of moving straight past it. When I look back, I can see how my perspective has shifted, what once felt heavy, and what doesn’t carry the same weight anymore.

There isn’t a right way to journal. It’s personal. And now, looking back, I’m really grateful I have these pages to return to. Little snapshots of different versions of me over the years ✨

I never realised how much cows are like dogs.

They look at you the same way dogs do, each with their own little personalities. These cows loved pats, would follow you, and were happy just standing beside you.

Spending time at was a gentle reminder that connection doesn’t need words.

Many people consider themselves calm and easy going until they are triggered.
When they react, guilt often follows and they begin questioning who they really are.

That does not mean something is wrong.

Most emotional reactions are learned responses.
They surface when something touches an old sense of threat or safety.

Your Moon sign and aspects describe how your system reacts under stress.
Awareness is the first step.
Integration is where change happens.

Opposites attract.
Have we ever paused to ask why?

The people who trigger us and the patterns we keep meeting in relationships, work, or conflict often point to something inside us that has not yet been recognised.

In psychological astrology, this frequently shows up as an opposition in the birth chart.

Oppositions describe two inner needs pulling in different directions. When they remain unconscious, they are often experienced through other people and external situations.

The outer world becomes the stage where the inner tension plays out.

Oppositions are not flaws to fix.
They point to an inner dialogue that wants awareness and integration.

When both sides are acknowledged, outer conflict often softens and integration becomes possible.
