Balance Therapy Remedial therapist Hi. My name is a Amy Haley and I am a Remedial Massage Therapist. No two people are the same and no two bodies are the same.

I use a variety of treatment to help people restore balance to their body mind and soul. During my 17 years of working in the child care industry I developed a passion for helping people feel great about themselves. I completed my Personal Trainer qualifications and started my own outdoor bootcamps. After 4 years of running bootcamps, this eventually lead to my interest in how I can help my clients move unrestricted and without pain. In 2020 I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage and continued to develop my knowledge and skills. I decided to follow my passion in helping people move through life with ease and in 2021 I finally opened my massage business. Balance Therapy was born. As PT and Massage Therapist I noticed 3 major problems that people faced :
* People are dealing with pain and stiffness and didn't know why. They thought there was nothing they could do and had to deal with it. Whether it be from poor posture, exercising using poor technique or every day stress of life. All work, no down time.
*They were getting short term results as they weren't getting to the cause of their stiffness and pain.
*People weren't taking care of themselves and didn't know where to start. I believe that by creating an awareness in our bodies we can move through life with ease and balance with an individualized plan. If this sounds like you book an appointment today. Balance Therapy request a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change an
appointment. If you provide less, please understand that I may apply a
cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. This will
be managed on a case-by-case basis and at the therapist’s discretion

Running late doesn’t just impact your appointment; it can also cut into the time of the person booked after you. Everyone deserves their full, uninterrupted appointment, and I want to be able to give each client the time, care and attention they deserve.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control. If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

Being on time is about respecting each other’s time. 🤍

This cause is deeply personal to me.

My dad has been missing for over 10 years. Living with the disappearance of a loved one is a unique kind of grief—no answers, no goodbye, just ongoing uncertainty and hope.

From 2–8 August, I’m challenging myself to walk 62,000 steps to raise funds and awareness for families living through this experience. Every step is for those still searching and the organisations supporting them.

It’s easy to get caught up in life.

To get busy.

We’ve all heard the reminders:
Slow down. Take time. Breathe.

But sometimes life moves so fast that we forget what fills our cup in the first place.

For me, it’s music.

There’s something about writing and playing music that allows me to empty my mind and refill my soul. It reaches places that even massage can’t.
