đ±đ What are we working on? Cat Crimes edition!
Games are such a great way to work on therapy goals while keeping sessions playful and engaging, and Cat Crimes is one we love pulling out!
While figuring out which mischievous cat is responsible, children can be practising:
- Auditory comprehension & following instructions: Listening to clues, holding onto information and using it to make decisions.
- Problem-solving & logical thinking: Working through possibilities, ruling things out and changing their approach when needed.
- Inferencing & critical thinking: Using the information we have to work out what hasnât been directly stated.
- Taking a brain break: Sometimes a quick game is exactly what we need between more demanding tasks!
Another fun, meaningful activity to give us plenty of opportunities to practise skills along the way.
