I loved being a part of the birthday surprise and treating this Mum with a fresh brow sugar wax, gifted by her daughter 😍🎁

You'll notice the spare area of hair where the arrow points to in the after photo. I could have opted to heavily sculpt the brows and make them thinner with traditional brow mapping and sharp lines, instead we discussed keeping her natural shape to enhance her face and not overpower it

As we age, a natural drop in estrogen (in women) and testosterone (in men) weakens hair follicles over time, causing individual hairs to become sparse or stop growing altogether. The active growth phase (anagen) shortens, meaning hair grows back much slower and finer 🧓

One low maintenance, natural solution is to use castor oil daily on the sparse area to promote growth. Alternatively, natural Henna Brow tint can be used to fill in the sparse area by staining the hairs and skin, creating a soft, powdery shadow effect.
