Sometimes health is taught in the little moments.
Not in a big lecture, or a perfect routine, but in the way our kids see us moving, resting, breathing and making time for our bodies.
A walk.
A stretch.
A chiropractic check-up.
A moment to move.
A deep breath.
These small things can become part of how our kids understand looking after themselves.
This was Dr Hayley at the beach with her kids, a little reminder of how nice it is to slow down, take a deep breath, and notice the beautiful place we live.
