📢 NDIS UPDATE | Plan Reassessment Changes

From today, important changes apply to unscheduled plan reassessment requests:

👤 Only the participant, plan nominee or child representative can submit the request.
📋 A long-term change in circumstances must be supported by evidence.
🔄 Short-term changes may require a plan variation instead.
⏳ The NDIA now has up to 90 days to respond.

What looks like a simple handrail installation actually starts with careful assessment and planning by our Occupational Therapists.

For this home, our OTs assessed the stairway, considered the client’s individual needs and mobility, and carefully planned the handrail placement and measurements to provide appropriate support.

Many rollators can also be fitted with practical accessories, like a tray, making it easier to carry everyday items such as a cup of tea, meals, or personal belongings without needing to make multiple trips.
