Turn an ear upside down and it resembles a tiny human foetus. This is one of the foundations behind ear reflexology (auriculotherapy), where different points on the ear correspond with different areas of the body through nerve pathways.

Try this:

โœจ Pull and stretch them softly.

The strongest people are often the most exhausted.

Not because they're weak.
Not because they're doing something wrong.

Because they're the ones everyone relies on.

Were you the person everyone leaned on this week?

Can you control your breath like this? ๐ŸŒฟ

Try it with me:

Inhale slowly through your nose.
Exhale gently through your mouth.
Now make your exhale longer than your inhale.

What do you notice?

A longer exhale sends signals of safety to your nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.

Regulation isn't about forcing yourself to relaxโ€”it's about teaching your body that it's safe.

Before I asked, were your teeth touching?

For many people, the resting position of the jaw is with the teeth slightly apart and the tongue resting gently in the mouth.

But when we're carrying pressure, concentrating hard, or simply moving through busy days, we may find ourselves clenching without realising it.

The surprising thing?

We often don't notice we're holding tension until someone invites us to pay attention.

So try this:

โœจ Let your jaw soften.
โœจ Allow a small space between your teeth.
โœจ Take one slow breath.
